Returns
Because we source ot products from a variety of quality suppliers, our policy depends primarily on that of the company that supplied us the product. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us so that we can get in touch with the supplier and arrange the return, refund or exchangefor you. 

For most suppliers, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or streamed software products

To complete your return, contact us and we will provide you with all the details.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you return your product directly to us, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the next steps.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Depending on the individual supplier policies, we may be able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us if you feel that you need to exchange a product you have purchased with us.

Shipping
To return your product contact us via email or phone prior to shipping your product back to us. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
